Synopsis:
Gibbs is called to investigate when two children stumble upon the body of a missing Marine in a frozen lake. The team search the water for clues and discover three bullet-ridden corpses, which all bear tattoos linking them to a notorious street gang. Gibbs launches a desperate effort to discover the connection between the dead bodies before the serviceman's company have the chance to seek revenge
