Synopsis:
A blind photographer works with the team on a case after he captures the corpse of a petty officer on camera. When the victim's colleague is found hanged from the ceiling of a disused warehouse, suspicions are raised that the apparent suicide is not all it seems. Meanwhile, Gibbs and Tony encounter problems with commitment in their respective relationships
