Synopsis:
David Hare play, adapted by the author, exploring the effects of addiction. Uma Thurman plays Elsa, whose compulsive behaviour draws her to an alcoholic poet, Paul (Paddy Considine), and they begin an affair behind the back of her millionaire businessman husband Victor (Jonathan Pryce). As their relationship deepens, each is forced to assess whether what they feel is love - or just another form of dependency
