Synopsis:
The detective is immobilised by the presence of some some dog faeces at a crime scene and becomes 'yesterday's news' when private-eye Marty Eels solves the murder in his absence, being made a local celebrity in the process. However, the obsessive-compulsive investigator has a plan to bring the new hero down a peg or two
