Lavish adaptation of RD Blackmore's novel of young lovers, brutal outlaws and warring families in 17th-century Exmoor. Amelia Warner stars as the eponymous heroine, with Queer as Folk's Aidan Gillen as her evil aristocratic cousin, who wants her for himself at any cost. The cast also includes Martin Clunes, Barbara Flynn and Michael Kitchen
