The Toffees have had to wait 14 years since their last appearance in the final and have done it the hard way, beating the likes of Aston Villa, Liverpool and Manchester United to maintain their chances of a first piece of silverware under David Moyes. Chelsea are no strangers to this stage, having played in the final three times this decade, and will be looking to give coach Guus Hiddink the ideal send-off in a match expected to be the Dutchman's last in charge.
