Synopsis:
When a mob accountant is killed and his wife severely wounded, detectives Fontana and Green arrest a street thug, who is later found not guilty because of the victim's poor testimony. When the suspect is later killed by an ex-cop and close family friend of the victim's Bob Cerullo, ADA McCoy takes on the prosecution, but struggles when Cerullo threatens to reveal cases in which he had deliberately planted evidence
