Synopsis:
A train is derailed after crashing into a vehicle parked on the tracks, killing 11 people. The car driver tells Fontana and Falco he only intended to commit suicide, not murder. McCoy is eager to get his hands on the case but faces problems when the accused's lawyer builds a defence for insanity. Last in series, starring Dennis Farina and Michael Imperioli
