Synopsis:
The murder of a transvestite in a church throws suspicion on its resident priest, who Benson and Stabler discover has a history of sexual abuse charges. They attempt to talk to the cleric's previous victims, who are reluctant to get involved because of a confidentiality agreement they signed - but when one of them finally opens up, new light is thrown on the culprit's identity.
