Hugh Dennis stars as spoof Panorama correspondent David Andies, who observes drunken behaviour as he reports from a night out on the town. His investigation comes in response to the authorities' proposal to abolish Sunday, and extend Friday and Saturday to 36 hours each, to increase drinking time - a plan which has caused excessive strain on the sewer system- Online
