The oldest department store in the world, Austins of Derry, was established in 1830 and has survived a fire and several bombings. Owner Luke Hasson is 66 and desperate to retire, but his children have all moved away. His eldest daughter Sinead returns to Northern Ireland to try her hand at managing the staff in 14 departments and decide whether to give up her recruitment business in London to save the family firm
