Documentary exploring contemporary Hindu life in Britain, shown to coincide with the festival of Diwali. The programme follows the experiences of four very different people, including a 15-year-old girl who enjoys shopping and playing music on the veena, a stringed instrument like a sitar, and a gay nurse who performs traditional dances in the park. Members of a Hindu lobby group discuss their campaign against a shoe manufacturer, and a couple who underwent an arranged marriage as teenagers look back on their lives after celebrating their 60th anniversary
