Hoping to encounter the cowboys he admired as a child, Jamie Oliver heads for Cody in Wyoming, where he samples one of the staples of a cattleman's diet - pitchfork fondue. The chef also gets the chance to ride a bucking bronco on rodeo night and travels upstate to meet rancher Hip Tillet, who teaches him how to make local speciality Rocky Mountain Oysters
