• Season 1 Episode 22: The Last Wave Goodbye

  As the hurricane chaos continues, Underlay and Russell mount a rescue of the humans who are being rounded up by the hybrids. Meanwhile, the two people who suspect Underlay is the cause of the chaos take Larkin, Dave, Jesse and Rose as hostages. Last in series

  Underlay sets out to discover the extent of the military's role in post-hurricane changes, while Russell and Dave investigate the events occurring on Szura's island in the Keys. There is also friction at the school, as the children who were affected by the hurricane turn against those who weren't

  A reluctant Mariel performs an ultrasound scan on Christina when she demands to know what is growing inside her. Dave and Russell investigate what a former CIA agent knew about the hybrids, and on his return to school, Jesse is alarmed by the strange behaviour displayed by some of his classmates

  Russell and Underlay work together to track armed hybrids Derek and Christina, but are distracted by a suspicious group of immigrant workers. Larkin enlists a military source to assist in her investigation of Paxton, and Mariel tells Rose and Jesse the truth about her hurricane experience. Kira is in a critical state after her encounter with the orange creature

  Kira's frustration and curiosity regarding the truth about her father, Mariel and the population of Homestead lead her to endanger her life in the search for answers. When Russell tests Mariel's blood for abnormalities, the pair are shocked by the unexpected results

  Russell, Larkin and Dave are in shock after discovering the identity of a mysterious creature that has been lurking around the Varon home. Meanwhile, Underlay attempts to find out who shot him, and Kira begins to question what really happened to her father and Mariel during their encounters

  Underlay unconsciously drifts between the past and the present after he is shot by an unknown intruder, reliving the 1996 plane crash that led to his re-birth. Meanwhile, Russell tries to stop Larkin from telling the truth about the hybrids. With William Fichtner, Eddie Cibrian and Lisa Sheridan

  Russell visits Mariel and discovers that Underlay has taken the children on an unscheduled holiday without asking her permission. As he leaves, he notices a stranger lurking in the shadows. Larkin becomes suspicious of her husband's intentions toward his ex-wife

  Underlay invites Deputy Sirk to stay with him while he recuperates, and Russell eventually confronts Mariel about the changes in her personality since the hurricane. Meanwhile, Jesse meets a beautiful and intriguing girl while on holiday with Rose and Larkin

• Season 1 Episode 10: Origin of Species

  A couple abduct Dave in the hope of gaining more information about the events following the hurricane, while the dead woman's identity is revealed. Sirk gets a shock when he catches his first glimpse of the orange lights

• Season 1 Episode 9: The Dredge

  Larkin learns Russell has a criminal record when he becomes the prime suspect in a double murder, prompting her to question his integrity and investigate the circumstances surrounding the case. When Dave contacts Mariel in an attempt to find out what happened to her on the night of the hurricane, she begs Underlay to dredge the bay in search of a body she claims to have seen

• Season 1 Episode 8: The Cradle

  A baby is found at Russell's ranger station, so Tom tracks down the mother - but she denies having anything to do with the child. It later transpires that the woman has been acting strangely ever since the hurricane hit. Meanwhile, Mariel makes a shocking discovery in the water
