  • Season 7 Episode 12: Winter Takes All

    The load-count chart sees the warring companies locked at 176 each, but with the roads now rapidly being closed they have a matter of days to make the final hauls. Hugh Rowland and his employee Todd Dewey are trying to deliver the last hauls of a contract worth half a million dollars to VP Express, but the melting ice is making the track to Wasagamack a treacherous one. Meanwhile, Darrell Ward and Lisa Kelly are running together for Polar and take a huge haul of cement up to God's Lake First Nation. Who will take the title?

    With only days remaining to determine the load-count winner, Polar and VP Express race to deliver hauls over the rapidly melting roads. VP boss Hugh Rowland drives a fire truck up the rugged route to Wasagamack, but before hitting the trail, he makes a surprise visit to the Polar yard. Meanwhile, Darrell Ward transports a prefabricated building from Red Sucker Lake to a new airport in Thompson, but late-season sun means that the winter roads are fragile and slippery and he needs help from Lisa Kelly

  • Season 7 Episode 9: Haul of the Wild

    Art Burke's old friend Alex Debogorski welcomes him to Polar Industries and they set off to pick up a load at Oxford House in Manitoba, but they hit a dead end and have to ask a digger driver to create a new road for them. Meanwhile, Darrell Ward drives along an unmaintained route on a trip to a lodge on the other side of the vast Utik Lake, which is covered in only a very thin layer of ice, while Lisa Kelly delivers a fire engine to St Theresa Point

  • Season 7 Episode 8: Art of War

    Art Burke is furious that Hugh Rowland and Vlad Pleskot are blaming him for all of the VP's problems and tenders his resignation, before heading to Polar Industries to ask for work. Lisa Kelly travels to Pauingassi First Nation in Manitoba to see if she can extricate a trailer that has been snowed in since last season and has to cross Fishing Lake, but the relatively mild conditions mean that the ice is unusually thin. Alex Debogorski becomes the first trucker to venture onto the newly opened ice roads on Lake Winnipeg, retrieving a cement-making unit worth more than $500,000

    Alex Debogorski races to complete one of Polar's most critical hauls of the season as he tries to make up for the time he lost dealing with a dashboard fire, while Lisa Kelly is forced to stop in the middle of a frozen lake when she loses sight of the road. Darrell Ward's patience with Polar reaches its limit, Art Burke and Todd Dewey run into trouble when they find their high-priced hauls frozen in the snow, and Joey Barnes' convoy breaks through the ice on one of the most remote trails in Manitoba

    As Art heads south to Winnipeg along 650 miles of Manitoba's winter roads, his truck loses power and grinds to a halt in temperatures of -40C, but Hugh is unsympathetic to his predicament. Lisa is on the way to Oxford House carrying a grader that will be used to smooth the road surface, and the machine's huge size causes a problem at a particularly narrow bridge. Darrell tries to come up with a solution when he finds out his load weighs 20 tons and there's no ramp to get it onto the trailer

After delivering prefabricated pieces of a school to the isolated community of Shamattawa in northern Manitoba, Alex Debogorski secures a return load in the form of a huge 4x4 forklift truck that needs some attention

  • Season 6 Episode 16: The Final Showdown

    The drivers undertake their final deliveries, with Jack keen to fend off a confident Darrell's challenge for his load-count title. Meanwhile, Alex takes desperate measures when the sun melts the ice beneath his wheels, Austin is given another substantial load confirming his status as a heavy hauler and Ray tries to squeeze in one more run

  • Season 6 Episode 15: Race the Melt

    The season is entering its final few days and the drivers are in a race against the weather and one another as the pressure at the top of the load-count chart intensifies. Darrell Ward and his main rival Jack Jessee are both carrying groceries and fuel to the remote settlement of Nuiqsut, while Hugh Rowland and Rick Yemm face their final trip of the year. Austin Wheeler fancies his chances of snatching the title from the other guys, but as he approaches Attigan Pass on the Dalton Highway, his truck starts to make a very unhealthy noise

    Alex Debogorski has to negotiate the recently reopened Hurricane Alley as he hauls a volatile load of compressed gases used for welding, while Austin Wheeler readies a trailer holding a huge digger he is to carry up the Dalton to Prudhoe Bay in Alaska. Hugh Rowland and his convoy partner Vlad Pleskot have to clean up the mess after Rick Yemm fails to strap down his load properly, while Carlile boss Lane Keator calls Ronald 'Porkchop' Mangum into the office in Fairbanks for a talk

Jack Jessee and Ronald 'Porkchop' Mangum cross swords when they are given jobs that require them to run in tandem and help each other offload, while Austin Wheeler drives a 100ft-long trailer as he takes some long pipes up to Prudhoe Bay

    Alex Debogorski gets caught in a whiteout on Dempster Highway during the biggest blizzard of the season, while Darrell Ward and Jack Jessee's battle for the load-count title heats up as they travel down the Dalton. Ronald 'Porkchop' Mangum's confidence is high and he makes few friends as he points out other truckers' foibles over the CB, and Austin Wheeler has to pick up a huge all-wheel-drive truck from a mine

  • Season 6 Episode 10: Stacking the Deck

    The battle for the load-count title gets personal between Darrell Ward and Jack Jessee, while Austin Wheeler embarks on his first solo heavy-haul mission as he takes a new snowplough up the Dalton. Alex Debogorski transports a trailer of tungsten ore worth around $1million, Hugh Rowland leads two rookies across the frozen waters of Lake Winnipeg, and Ronald 'Porkchop' Mangum's progress up a long incline is impeded by a slow-travelling tanker

  • Season 6 Episode 9: Braking Bad

    Alex Debogorski sets out to deliver toxic chemicals to the Cantung tungsten mine in the Northwest Territories, while Jack Jessee's return to the fray is hampered by a shifting load. Ronald 'Porkchop' Mangum gets his chance to drive solo on the Dalton Highway, while Austin Wheeler is continuing his slow journey north as part of a convoy moving a modular building. With Rick Yemm still laid up, Hugh Rowland has to bring in some rookies to help him get three trailers of cement across Lake Winnipeg

    Ronald 'Porkchop' Magnum is given his first solo run of the season, while fellow rookie Austin Wheeler is part of a three-man team hauling a huge modular building up the Dalton Highway to Prudhoe Bay. Rick Yemm awaits results from the hospital about an infection he may have caught from the deer mice in his cab, while Hugh Rowland heads to Bloodvein in Manitoba, which involves crossing the recently opened Lake Winnipeg ice crossing on his own, with a blizzard forecast

  • Season 6 Episode 7: Hard Road Ahead

    Rick Yemm calls in specialists to clean out his truck and they discover an infestation of deer mice, which are known to carry the potentially fatal hantavirus. Following Jack Jessee's decision to walk away, terminal manager Lane Keator leaves his desk in Fairbanks, Alaska, to get behind the wheel again, while Alex Debogorski takes a huge excavator to Aklavik in the Northwest Territories, crossing the frozen waters of the Mackenzie river delta along the way

  • Season 5 Episode 17: The Last Dash

    With Dave Redmon out of the running, Lisa Kelly has a chance to take the load-count title for the season and Alex Debogorski signs up for three jobs in his efforts to top the Canadian chart. Hugh Rowland and Rick Yem attempt to outrun a storm, but a risky manoeuvre sees them get stuck, while rookie driver Maya Sieber reflects on her first season

  • Season 5 Episode 16: Judgement Day

    Rick and Hugh are heading north to St Theresa Point, but the trail has turned into a skidpan and one of the concrete barriers they are carrying is not as securely fastened as it should be. Alex helps out a tow-truck that has become stuck while trying to assist another driver, the delivery of loads is delayed by polar bear sightings at Prudhoe Bay and Dave's employers make a decision about his future

Hugh Rowland and Rick Yemm decide to travel in convoy with Alex Debogorski, who ends up being left trailing behind. Elsewhere, Dave Redmon tries to redeem himself for ditching his partners, while Lisa Kelly returns to the big league when she agrees to haul a 16-foot-wide steel frame to Prudhoe Bay

    The blizzard has left Lisa Kelly stranded in Prudhoe Bay for four days, so Dave Redmon, Tony Molesky and Maya Sieber are sent to deliver much-needed supplies to people in her situation. However, the proposed convoy doesn't go to plan when at the first opportunity, Dave decides to leave the other two behind. Meanwhile, Hugh Rowland and Rick Yemm finally manage to navigate the uncharted roads and deliver their fuel tanks in Muskrat Dam, but Rick forgets to collect a signature from the recipient and is forced to make a 50-mile return drive

  • Season 5 Episode 10: Road to Nowhere

    Following her demotion from heavy haul status, Lisa Kelly is determined to regain the confidence of the Carlile bosses, and forces herself to complete a delivery in spite of a dangerous blizzard. But as a huge white-out descends, she is left completely unable to see oncoming vehicles. Will she and her goods make it out unscathed? Elsewhere, on their first job for Polar Industries, Rick Yemm and Hugh Rowland set off to an isolated Indian reserve and take two wrong turns, but have no means of communicating with civilisation, while Maya Sieber is given her own truck

  • Season 5 Episode 9: Meltdown!

    A storm brings turmoil to the Dalton Highway, and as Tony Molesky hauls his cargo of 20 tons of explosives, he has to decide whether to risk trying to tow a fellow trucker out of a drift or press on to safety. In the Carlile offices, Lisa Kelly is facing the music for ending up in a ditch last time out, while Maya Sieber is delighted to have been given a huge load of pipes that she is to take up to Prudhoe on her own. Hugh Rowland and Rick Yemm's bumpy ride continues and they face the wrath of their employer

    Tony Molesky and Lisa Kelly continue to haul their prefabricated buildings, but a wagon coming in the opposite direction pushes Lisa off the track and into a ditch. Hugh Rowland is delivering 25 tons of critical supplies to the remote village of Lac Brochet with Rick Yemm, but already has two flat tyres and the load is pressing down on the other wheels. At the Carlile depot in Fairbanks, Maya Sieber hopes to drive the full length of the Dalton Highway for the first time on her own, while in Manitoba, Alex Debogorski comes to the rescue of a stranded family

  • Season 5 Episode 6: The Braking Point

    In Prudhoe, Dave Redmon needs a hammer to free his frozen brakes, but no one wants to lend him one, while in Anchorage, Lisa Kelly and Tony Molesky are given the responsibility of driving the biggest loads of the season so far. Alex Debogorski is delivering vital food supplies to the remote outpost of Tadoule Lake in Manitoba and is joined for much of the run by Hugh Rowland and Rick Yemm, who are heading for the town of Lac Brochet
