Synopsis:
The misanthropic doctor is visited by an ex-girlfriend seeking help for her sick husband. While deciding whether to take the case, he is persuaded to give a lecture to medical students. He presents the pupils with three fictional patients complaining of leg pains, asking how they would treat each case - but it becomes clear to his team that only two of the scenarios he describes are invented.
