Synopsis:
The doctors struggle to find out why a girl went into anaphylactic shock in a sterile room after a heart transplant, until her boyfriend admits sneaking in for a late-night visit. After questioning him closely, House believes an allergic reaction to medication being taken by her partner could have triggered the reaction - but soon realises her problem is far more complicated.
