Synopsis:
Ruth Watson meets Vincent and Lidy Van Nuyk, the Dutch owners of Bournemouth's 14-bedroom Safari hotel. After failing to make a profit, the couple are on the brink of bankruptcy and are unable to carry out vital renovations and repairs. The industry expert gets straight to work, suggesting a chic all-day cafe could provide much-needed revenue to be invested in the hotel
