Ruth Watson returns to a Greenwich B&B owned by actor Robert Gray, who converted his three-bedroom home to supplement his income between jobs, but was failing to attract guests due to its shabby decor and poor website. Her advice was to accentuate the idiosyncrasy of the property, tidy up the garden and offer another room with en suite facilities. She finds out if he has stuck to her plans
