  • Season 4 Episode 8: EPISODE: 8

    Juliet is confused about the situation with Sam after he invites her to Hawaii, and she confides in an old friend - little realising their conversation will have dire consequences. Tony ends up in trouble with the police after returning to Babylon on his night off to help a regular guest with a serious problem, and Gino finds a manuscript for an erotic novel by a mystery member of staff. Meanwhile, Ben gives new receptionist Mel a makeover. Michelle Collins joins Nigel Harman, Anna Wilson-Jones and Amy Nuttall in the cast

  • Season 3 Episode 8: EPISODE: 8

    Jack and Emily are caught up in a hostage situation when a faith healer comes to stay and clashes with a bereaved father who has brought his son's ashes to the hotel. Ned makes a romantic gesture to Anna, but the celebrations are cut short when she goes to investigate the noises coming from another room. Guest starring Samantha Bond. Last in series

    A TV chat show host brings a prostitute to the hotel, causing Tony's father-instinct to kick in when he discovers she is just 15. Anna and Ben compete to attract the attentions of a famous illusionist, and with the restaurant now a roaring success, James has to hire more staff - which puts Gino's nose out of joint.     A movie is shot on location at the hotel, but the stars do not get on and it is Jack's job to keep both of them happy.     The hotel faces a takeover by Donovan Credo (guest star John Sessions) a man notorious for replacing staff with his own teams. When he tells Rebecca she can keep on just two of her colleagues, she opts for Charlie before letting him decide on the other. As news spreads of the potential job losses, Charlie then resigns, forcing the boss to reveal the truth behind the buy-out. Last in series

Charlie anxiously takes charge of a witness in a high-profile gangland case, and Rebecca is thrilled when the hotel's European director arrives and offers her a promotion
