• Season 3 Episode 8: EPISODE: 8 Jack and Emily are caught up in a hostage situation when a faith healer comes to stay and clashes with a bereaved father who has brought his son's ashes to the hotel. Ned makes a romantic gesture to Anna, but the celebrations are cut short when she goes to investigate the noises coming from another room. Guest starring Samantha Bond. Last in series
• Season 3 Episode 7: EPISODE: 7 A TV chat show host brings a prostitute to the hotel, causing Tony's father-instinct to kick in when he discovers she is just 15. Anna and Ben compete to attract the attentions of a famous illusionist, and with the restaurant now a roaring success, James has to hire more staff - which puts Gino's nose out of joint. • Season 3 Episode 6: EPISODE: 6 A movie is shot on location at the hotel, but the stars don't get on and it is Jack's job to keep both of them happy. Gino and Ben compete for the attentions of the director in a bid to be 'noticed', and Anna is preoccupied by thoughts of Charlie which do not go away even when Ned invites her to accompany him on a trip to New York. The arrival of an old friend visiting a jewellery auction hosted at the hotel perks him up, but a further financial crisis leads him to seek help from an unsuitable source and brings danger to everyone in the building
• Season 3 Episode 4: EPISODE: 4 Tony is surprised when his 13-year-old daughter arrives for a West End audition, but a crisis stops him giving her the attention she craves. Charlie sets the socially inept final deputy manager candidate a challenge, and Gino's brother pays him a visit, but when the sibling wins over the staff and even makes better cocktails, jealousy sets in. Meanwhile, Tony is tempted by a female guest, a journalist asks the staff some awkward questions, and Anna sets out to expose a fashion company's use of sweatshop labour. • Season 2 Episode 8: EPISODE: 8 (2007) The hotel faces a takeover by Donovan Credo (guest star John Sessions) a man notorious for replacing staff with his own teams. When he tells Rebecca she can keep on just two of her colleagues, she opts for Charlie before letting him decide on the other. As news spreads of the potential job losses, Charlie then resigns, forcing the boss to reveal the truth behind the buy-out. Last in series
• Season 2 Episode 7: EPISODE: 7 (2007) Charlie has more than his fair share of trouble when his relationship with Rebecca turns Jackie green with envy. As he tries to keep the peace, his brother Dan turns up - with the heavies hot on his heels. Meanwhile, a wine taste-off suggested by wealthy Mrs Klein (Jerry Hall) leaves James confessing he has lied to his friends, and Ben trying to save his colleague's reputation
• Season 2 Episode 6: EPISODE: 6 (2007) Tony is left seething when he loses out on a prestigious award, and decides to modernise his skills as a concierge - only to get embroiled with a gang of Russian drug dealers. Things hot up in the kitchen as Rebecca and Charlie cater for the Christmas party, while Anna spots a chance to make a fortune out of a British actor and renowned sex addict who is staying at the hotel. • Season 2 Episode 5: EPISODE: 5 (2007) A former nurse who has found fame as a reality TV star reserves a room in the hotel. Gino becomes besotted with her, while Luke sees an opportunity for blackmail. • Season 2 Episode 4: EPISODE: 4 (2007) Charlie rushes to help a failed businessman threatening to jump off a balcony after being dumped by his girlfriend. Rebecca receives her divorce papers and celebrates with a party for some old school mates, but chinks in their friendship soon show and she is left cold by some shocking news. • Season 2 Episode 3: EPISODE: 3 (2007) A Viennese masked ball brings out the green-eyed monster in Anna when she recognises the well-heeled hostess to be a former pal and fellow receptionist. A homophobic rapper sets out to give old schoolfriend Ben a night to remember, and Jackie grows suspicious when she discovers the chambermaids are making more tips than usual. • Season 2 Episode 2: EPISODE: 2 (2007) A Premiership football team check into the hotel prior to an FA Cup game, and when their shenanigans get out of hand the staff devise ways of disturbing their much-needed sleep before the big match. Anna's curiosity leads her to investigate an 'end of the world' cult, whose sinister leader, played by Little Britain's David Walliams, quickly draws her under his spell
• Season 2 Episode 1: EPISODE: 1 (2007) New series. Rebecca tries to help an MP get over her husband's affair by suggesting she flirt with a guest at the bar - unaware he's actually an undercover reporter. The manager is forced to make amends by striking a deal with the paper's editor, but struggles to meet her terms. Meanwhile, the staff do their utmost to keep a couple recovering from plastic surgery from seeing one another before their anniversary. Tamzin Outhwaite stars

Charlie anxiously takes charge of a witness in a high-profile gangland case, and Rebecca is thrilled when the hotel's European director arrives and offers her a promotion
• Season 1 Episode 7: EPISODE: 7 (2006) Joan Collins plays wealthy guest Lady Patton, who has £3,000 stolen from her room. Rebecca believes a staff member is responsible for the theft and starts a thorough audit of the employees, but suspicion eventually falls on a light-fingered celebrity (Les Dennis) who just can't stop stealing towels.
