Season 4 Episode 32

A distraught Jess tells Sam she's carrying Alex's child, prompting her scheming flatmate to manipulate the situation for her own ends. Liam arrives home from hospital and has such problems coping with his disability that he considers a drastic way out, while the son of a patient with suspected Alzheimer's worries whether he'll be able to look after her in the coming years. Jeremy Sheffield and Colette Brown star, with guest appearances by veteran actress Dora Bryan and Andrew Paul
