Synopsis:
The officers attempt to track down the culprits behind a vicious happy-slapping attack, all-the-while struggling to come to terms with their own loss. When a local teenager is arrested for joy-riding, it becomes clear he was present during the assault, or at least a witness, but he refuses to help the police with their investigation.
