The History of the Rugby World Cup

A look back at the 1999 tournament, won by an Australian side that became the first nation to win the trophy twice. Les Bleus came from behind against the favourites in an incredible second-half, but then had little left when they faced Australia in the final. The home nations had few moments to celebrate, with England, Scotland and Wales all falling at the quarter-final stage
