Synopsis:
Chaos ensues in the hospital when casualties of a no-holds-barred bike race fill the emergency room. Cristina and Izzie face an emotional dilemma over harvesting organs from a brain-dead patient, while Meredith grows tired of Alex's arrogance when he allows an injured man to leave the ER despite her concerns his injuries may be worse than first thought
