Synopsis:
Richard Curtis' drama, starring Bill Nighy as a workaholic civil servant who strikes up a relationship with an enigmatic younger woman (Kelly Macdonald) he meets in a cafe opposite Downing Street. The film follows their journey to Iceland, where he joins the British delegation for a G8 summit, while she sees the opportunity to gain access to prominent figures and influence their policies on poverty.
