Documentary following the musician on his final tour, culminating in a performance at the 100 Club in aid of the charity For Dementia, 60 years after he began his career there. Melly's health problems were severe by then, but he wished to continue performing for as long as possible, often claiming he wanted to die on stage. The documentary captures the relationship he had with his wife who cared for him as he became increasingly frail
