Foyle's War: Season 6 (2008)

• Season 6 Episode 3: All Clear

  Foyle is enlisted as the police representative on the Victory Day Celebrations Committee, alongside his old friend John Kiefer representing the American forces stationed at Hastings. But a murder of one of their number puts paid to the preparations when evidence points to the guilt of another member, and investigations uncover truths the Allies would rather remain hidden.   When an unpopular employee at Sackville House is found murdered there is no shortage of suspects, but a colleague of the man, exiled Polish Jew Josef Novak, holds himself responsible for the death.   A local woman is killed when an experiment in biological warfare goes tragically wrong. Sam also falls victim to a potentially fatal illness as a result of the project. Foyle is forced to head into the most secretive and dangerous areas of wartime research, unearthing secrets that cannot be revealed even to the prime minister. • Season 3 Episode 4: War of Nerves

  A crackdown on an organised crime racket leads Foyle and Milner to a shipyard owned by the Talbot brothers, a duo with dubious links to a communist agitator who has recently moved to the area. When an engineer is murdered just hours after working at the shipyard, the detectives desperately try to track down the killer and discover the truth surrounding the Talbots' shady business dealings. • Season 3 Episode 3: They Fought in the Fields

  A farmer's murder and the crash landing of an enemy plane leads Foyle to investigate the activities of a group of land girls, and the detective begins to suspect the captured German airmen have something to hide.
