Foyle's War: Season 6 (2008)

    Foyle is enlisted as the police representative on the Victory Day Celebrations Committee, alongside his old friend John Kiefer representing the American forces stationed at Hastings. But a murder of one of their number puts paid to the preparations when evidence points to the guilt of another member, and investigations uncover truths the Allies would rather remain hidden.     When an unpopular employee at Sackville House is found murdered there is no shortage of suspects, but a colleague of the man, exiled Polish Jew Josef Novak, holds himself responsible for the death. When an engineer is murdered just hours after working at the shipyard, the detectives desperately try to track down the killer and discover the truth surrounding the Talbots' shady business dealings.
