Documentary following the progress of 36-year-old Indonesian fisherman Dede bin Ateng, known as the Tree Man, as he prepares to undergo treatment to remove growths covering much of his body. Dermatologist Dr Anthony Gaspari concludes the growths are an extreme form of common warts, but before he can begin drug therapy to stimulate Dede's antibodies, the Indonesian government intervenes, insisting on radical surgery as a cure
