Synopsis:
Affairs of the heart dominate the staff, as nurse Lydia Wright finally talks long-time fiance Al into marrying her, while Carter's clandestine relationship with Dr Keaton continues to blossom. Greene can't decide if he should tell Susan how he really feels before she departs for Arizona, and turns to notorious womaniser Doug for advice
