  • Season 9 Episode 31: Salt of the Earth

    The day of the FA Cup final arrives, bringing to a close another tumultuous season for the club. With the murderer still unidentified, however, the futures of chief suspects Ashleigh, Dempsey and Lynda remain hanging in the balance. Footballing drama, starring Alyson King, Jamie Lomas and Naomi Ryan

  • Season 9 Episode 30: England's Rose

    After the memorial service, Ashleigh is grief-stricken, causing her to hold herself responsible for Casper's murder. Lynda asserts her authority over a guilt-ridden Dempsey, gradually taking control of the club's affairs and insisting that he burn his ink-stained clothing. However, when DCI Burrows turns up new evidence, Harchester's future begins to look very precarious

  • Season 9 Episode 29: The Precious

    Dempsey is shocked to realise the full horror of his actions, and prepares to make a confession to the police, but is dissuaded by a revelation from Lynda. There is a further shock in store when he learns Casper's true identity, and how this has affected his life. Meanwhile, Sully is faced with the task of leading the team after the guilt-ridden manager steps down

  • Season 9 Episode 28: Replay

    Revisiting the story of the match-fixing sting from the perspective of its instigator - Harchester United's secret owner. The proprietor reveals himself to Lynda, and explains the reasons for his duplicity when he realises she is close to exposing him. Dempsey is devastated when he realises the truth, leading him to take drastic action

  • Season 9 Episode 27: Matchmaker

    Gavin prepares to marry Cindi in a whirlwind ceremony, and borrows Chloe's car to viisit his intended bride. As usual, all plans are ruined, as Ryan punches the groom at the altar. Alex and Lynda take him home, and the three begin investigating the sudden disappearance of Birdman, as the Dragons draw ever close to their semi finalmatch against Newcastle

  • Season 9 Episode 26: Birdman

    Two-hour special. As the season draws to a close, the staff at Harchester United are faced with the possibility that their only realistic chance of winning silverware is the FA Cup, and their determination to lift a trophy a year after returning to the Premiership serves as good motivation. Dempsey is still confused about Hannigan's disappearance and frustrated at his own lack of control over his life. Ryan unwisely offers an official money to ensure a victory for the Dragons, while Gavin's personal life becomes the focus for the team as they fear he will go ahead and marry cheating Cindi

  • Season 9 Episode 25: April's Fools

    Dempsey visits Lynda in prison, and realises how he feels about her. Ryan struggles to come to terms with recent events and his five-match ban, and sinks into a depression. Ashleigh decides to keep a careful eye on him, but ends up becoming much closer to him than she intended

  • Season 9 Episode 24: The Blame Game

    Tensions rise at Harchester as the team try to curtail the situation between Ryan and Gavin for fear of missing out on a place in the FA semi-finals, but things only go from bad to worse. Lynda realises she has been duped and attempts to rectify the situation by selling her property to reimburse the stolen money, but her problems deepen when the police suspects she was an accomplice to the crime

  • Season 9 Episode 23: Il Postino

    Gavin convinces the lads to go shopping for his stag weekend, but things turn sour when Ryan is forced to confess his tryst with the groom-to-be's fiancee. However, they must put aside their differences before the all-important FA Cup Quarter Final. Lynda meets the elusive owner of Harchester United, but soon realises he is not all he seems

  • Season 9 Episode 22: Two Wrongs

    Liam faces the prospect of a lifetime ban from football and causes all the day's Premiership fixtures to be cancelled. Eugene finds it hard to come to terms with the departure of his wife and child, while Cass goes to extreme lengths in the hope of impressing Ashleigh

    Liam is interviewed by the police and admits to intentionally harming Maloin with his controversial tackle, leaving himself open assault to charges.   • Season 9 Episode 20: Five Steps

    Riding on the success of the innocent verdict at his trial, Eugene attempts to win back Scarlett by proving he's a reformed character. However, his plans are thwarted when his former girlfriend arrives from Australia with shocking news. Liam's attack on a Chelsea player sees him facing legal action, and when Dempsey is recruited to represent him she is disturbed by his apparent lack of remorse

    The Dragons make an emotional return to Cardiff for the Carling Cup final where they hope to exorcise the ghosts of last season and bring some silverware to Harchester

    Lee moves in to Jaws' house, and is amazed at what he finds. Jodie finally confronts Frank, who decides to tell her the truth.

  • Season 8 Episode 13: The Man Who Knew Too Much

    Fletch basks in the glory of having scored the winning goal in a cup tie, although his pride is deflated when Gina tells him he's overweight. Her insistence that he give up smoking and drinking to regain his fitness impresses Barker, who offers her a job as team co-ordinator. Meanwhile, Curtis is shocked when he catches Stone in a compromising situation with an unlikely stranger
