Penhale then spreads pandemonium by putting up warning notices about the substance's harmful properties throughout the village. Meanwhile, Bert pops the question to Jennifer, and Ruth finds fault with Al's business proposal. Guest starring Christopher Fairbank (Auf Wiedersehen, Pet)
