Synopsis:
Mannion witnesses a teenager being attacked, leading him to a vigilante organisation enforcing the law in their neighbourhood. Meanwhile, Temple is on the receiving end of a civil lawsuit for killing a drug dealer - and Captain Hunter's deposition doesn't help his case
