    The team heads to Guam in the Pacific Ocean to investigate reports of aggressive zombie-like ghosts, before seeking a bat-like creature with the face of a monkey in Madagascar

    Josh Gates and the team visit the Micronesian island of Pohnpei, where 1,000-year-old ruins are said to be haunted. They also search for a female demon in northern Morocco

    The team conducts an underwater investigation into the Truk Lagoon, located between the Philippines and Hawaii, which locals claim is haunted by the spirits of soldiers who fought during the Second World War. The crew also examines the legend of Japan's Kappa monster in Tokyo and searches for evidence of the creature

  • Season 4 Episode 4: Siberian Snowman

    Josh Gates and the crew visit the icy mountains of southern Russia to search for the Siberian Snowman, a 9ft-tall creature allegedly similar in stature to Bigfoot. During the investigation, members of the team set up camp on the side of a mountain and get a scare when something chases them, before moving on to another area of sightings

  • Season 4 Episode 3: Ghost of Haboro/Mngwa

    Adventurer Josh Gates and the team investigate reports of paranormal events in a coal-mining town in northern Japan. Members of the crew also visit Tanzania, where a beast known as the Mngwa allegedly roams through the flat lands of the Serengeti

  • Season 4 Episode 2: Spirits of Angkor Wat/Canadian Lake Monster

    Josh Gates and the team travel from Los Angeles to Siem Reap, Cambodia, to investigate reports of paranormal activity at Angkor Wat. The crew also visits Vancouver, Canada, in search of an amphibious beast known as the Ogopogo

  • Season 4 Episode 1: Poltergeists of Pompeii; Nandi Beast

    Adventurer Josh Gates and the team visit Pompeii and use their equipment in a bid to detect roaming spirits of people killed when Mount Vesuvius erupted. The group also goes in search of an unknown species of bear in Kenya, setting up surveillance equipment in dense forest to record any activity overnight

  • Season 3 Episode 15: Spirits of Easter Island; The Moa

    Adventurer Josh Gates and the team visit Easter Island to investigate reports of paranormal occurrences including strange feelings, apparitions and the sound of voices speaking an ancient tribal language. The crew also seeks evidence in New Zealand of one of the largest-ever flightless birds

  • Season 3 Episode 14: Ghosts of Petra; The Lizard Man

    The team visits Petra, Jordan, to investigate the existence of ghosts that locals claim haunt the recesses of burial chambers and have the power to possess humans. Josh Gates and the crew also head to South Carolina to examine reports of a creature that is half-man, half-reptile

  • Season 3 Episode 13: Haunted Mining Town; The Taniwha

    Adventurer Josh Gates and the team are joined by Warehouse 13's Allison Scagliotti on a journey to the reportedly haunted mining towns of La Noria and Humberstone on Chile's Atacama Desert. The crew also searches for evidence of a serpentine aquatic creature dubbed the Taniwha in the remote waterways of New Zealand

  • Season 3 Episode 12: The New Jersey Devil/The Yeren

    The team is joined by Kris Williams from Ghost Hunters to search for the New Jersey Devil, which eyewitnesses claim makes a ferocious noise while hunting and has bat-like wings with a 10ft span. Josh Gates and his crew also look for evidence of the Yeren, China's equivalent of Bigfoot, in a 1,200 square-mile national park

  • Season 3 Episode 11: Ghosts of the Great Wall; Israeli Mermaid

    The team searches for evidence of mermaids in Kiryat Yam, Israel, which is home to numerous sightings and a $1 million reward for photographic proof of the creature's existence. Josh Gates and his crew also investigate reports of supernatural occurrences on the Wild Wall, part of the Great Wall of China, where strange apparitions and the sounds of marching footsteps on the wind have been reported

  • Season 3 Episode 10: Ghosts of Masada; The Leprechaun

    Adventurer Josh Gates and the team stay overnight in Masada, Israel, to investigate reports of strange orbs and echoes of voices suggested to be the restless spirits of Jewish rebels who committed suicide. In Doolin, Ireland, they try to find evidence of leprechauns by examining a skeleton kept by a pub owner and searching outdoors using devices that could aid with their detection

  • Season 3 Episode 9: Bhutan Yeti

    Adventurer Josh Gates and the team travel to the isolated nation of Bhutan in a bid to track down a yeti - a creature perceived as human in appearance and beast-like in behaviour. Residents believe in the animal's existence so strongly they have created the Yeti Conservation Centre in the city of Sakteng

  • Season 3 Episode 8: Werewolf; Arica Monster

    Adventurer Josh Gates and the team travel to Sibiu in Romania to search for evidence of werewolves, and head for the town of Arica in Chile's Atacama Desert to investigate reports of a dinosaur-like beast that can allegedly keep pace with cars

  • Season 3 Episode 7: Haunted Lost City; Thunderbird

    The team travels to Peru in a bid to rediscover the lost city of First Light, which, according to nearby residents, is an area of crumbling ruins haunted by people who once lived there. The group also goes in search of a giant bird with an estimated 20ft wingspan in Anchorage, Alaska

  • Season 3 Episode 6: Chullachaqui; Bermuda Triangle

    Adventurer Josh Gates and the team are joined by Ghost Hunters International investigators Dustin Pari and Robb Demarest in Peru, where a jungle creature known as the Chullachaqui is apparently causing panic. Plus, the crew travels to the Bahamas to look into the case of a plane carrying 12 passengers that went missing in the Bermuda Triangle

  • Season 3 Episode 5: Alien Mummies; Van Lake Monster

    Josh Gates and the team visit Lima, Peru, to conduct an investigation into extra-terrestrial life. The crew also travels to Van in Turkey to examine the case of an unidentified animal more than 40ft in length known as the Lake Monster

  • Season 3 Episode 4: Ghosts of Chernobyl; Sal'awa

    Adventurer Josh Gates and a team of investigators visit the town of Pripyat, Ukraine - where the Chernobyl nuclear disaster took place in April 1986 - to search for evidence of spirits said to be roaming the area. They also look into rumours of a vicious beast named Sal'awa, which apparently roams the sugar cane fields of the remote Egyptian village of Armant at night

  • Season 3 Episode 3: King Tut's Curse; Swamp Ape

    Josh Gates and the team conduct an overnight investigation into King Tutankhamun's supposedly cursed tomb in Egypt. They also travel to the Florida Wetlands seeking evidence of the swamp ape, which is said to be a master of camouflage, 8ft tall and have an unpleasant smell

  • Season 3 Episode 2: Island of the Dolls; Lusca

    Adventurer Josh Gates and the team investigate an island of seemingly haunted dolls near Mexico City. The crew also heads for the Caribbean island of the Bahamas, which is allegedly home to the Lusca monster - a giant octopus said to live in the water beneath Andros Island

  • Season 3 Episode 1: Haunted Forest; Alux

    Documentary following the exploits of adventurer Josh Gates as he travels the world to seek out supernatural or mysterious creatures. The team visits the woods of Transylvania to investigate Romanian villagers' claims of mysterious occurrences in the Hoia-Baciu Forest. Reports of child-sized beasts called Alux in Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula are also looked into

    The team searches for El Lobizon, a werewolf-like creature said to inhabit Argentina, and El Pombero, which is allegedly similar to a pygmy and can turn invisible

    The team visits South Africa to investigate reports of the water-dwelling Mamlambo creature and the Tokeloshe, which allegedly appears and disappears like the wind

  • Season 1 Episode 4: Bigfoot and Nahuelito

    Josh Gates and the crew investigate sightings of a Bigfoot-like creature in Malaysia, before heading to Argentina in search of a sea serpent in Nahuel Huapi Lake, Buenos Aires

    The team searches for a large, featherless and carnivorous bird said to inhabit Papua New Guinea, and Chile's El Chupacabra, which has allegedly slaughtered livestock
