Synopsis:
Stella, Flack and Lindsay suspect the involvement of a joke-shop owner known as Laughing Larry when they investigate the death of an extravagant Internet entrepreneur who was killed by an exploding cigar. Meanwhile, Danny is devastated by the death of a young neighbour who was shot dead during a robbery at a grocery store
