Synopsis:
Three gun smugglers who worked for known criminal Gabriel Soto are annihilated by a rare and illegal electric gun known as 'the Vaporizer'. The killer turns out to be a member of a private security firm, but he hides behind the Patriot Act, and further complications arise when he too is found dead
