Season 4 Episode 23

Grissom investigates the rape of a casino worker, discovering the perpetrator's DNA matches that found during inquiries into an unsolved case which occurred on the same stretch of road a year ago. However, while all the evidence points to the same suspect, his DNA doesn't match the rapist's. Meanwhile, Sara deals with being overlooked for promotion by hitting the bottle, and is pulled over while drink-driving
