Synopsis:
A criminal is involved in a car crash while fleeing the city after committing a murder. However, when the other driver tries to report the accident, he strangles her to death and drives away. Catherine and Warrick begin to investigate the two crimes - unaware they are connected. Meanwhile, Brass becomes suspicious of a thug with a rape conviction
