Drama which gives a new perspective on life in the police. Chrissie and his colleague Joe are on the hunt for a local paedophile. Chrissie's brother, Ray, is their Detective Inspector, but his cautious style is at odds with Chrissie's no-nonsense policing, and threatens to jeopardise the investigation. Ray also has to deal with Beth, his competitive sister who agrees to be the primary suspect's solicitor, and the battles rage between the siblings over the care of their father, Lenny, who has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's
