Docu-drama investigating how a real rape trial works. Work colleagues Becky and Steve are ambitious IT workers climbing the career ladder in a small company. One night, they attend a client party in a swish hotel, where their host has arranged free-flowing champagne and accommodation for the night. The next day Becky claims to have been raped and Steve is prosecuted. The fictional case then shifts into a real courtroom setting, with a jury of ordinary people, real barristers, solicitors and a judge. With Anna Madeley and Daniel Mays
