Designers Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan tackle a community hall, hoping to turn the building from a place used almost exclusively for pensioners' bingo into a social centre for all the estate residents - but find raising funds a difficult task. The duo also try to set up a youth club to give the local children a place to get together. Last in series
