Synopsis:
A fisherman finds evidence concerning the death of a four-year-old girl on the New Jersey shore, prompting Rush and the team to reopen a case from 1965 involving a seemingly abusive mother. But when the Rush discovers the child was treated under a false name the investigation is brought to a close, until a doctor who assisted in the case points her in the right direction
