Luke feels responsible for a man's death at an Army barracks, unaware a senior officer failed to give him vital medical details. The love triangle between Baz, Dan and Charlie reaches a dramatic climax when she tells her husband all about romancing her ex : and he responds by letting his fists do the talking. Meanwhile, Hollywood comes to Holby as the girls get dressed up as movie characters for Nikki's hen night : and when they bump into Jim's stag party, Luke and Lara waste no time getting it together in the hospital car park.
