Synopsis:
Although determined to prove his worth, Greg has a difficult first day on the rapid-response team when he visits an elderly woman who can't remember calling 999 and deals with a youth who injures himself jumping on his car. He is later joined by Ruth, who has been impressing Adam with her work, but she shows little tolerance for the patients she treats and makes an error when administering medicine.
