Synopsis:
Harry introduces a policy aimed at reducing the number of patients who unnecessarily visit the ED, but Abs and Tess have their doubts. A woman is raped by an unbooked minicab driver who later crashes while his victim is still a passenger after a collision with a drunk lorry driver.
