Trixie is delighted when Tom asks her to oversee her first official church duty since their engagement, while at Nonnatus House, Fred tackles a rat infestation - only for Sister Monica Joan to work against him. With guest appearances by Cara Theobold (Downton Abbey) and Richard Fleeshman (Coronation Street)
