Synopsis:
First of a two-part thriller about the oil business. The murder of a group of geologists working for an oil company in the Saudi desert sets in motion a devastating chain of events, which pits country against country. Just as the second Kyoto protocols for dealing with climate change are due to be agreed, it becomes clear there has been a massive cover-up.
