Historian Dan Snow, naturalist Steve Backshall and nature enthusiast Kate Humble attempt to uncover the secrets of St Kilda, the only British World Heritage site nominated for both its history and its wildlife. In the first programme, Steve collects food by abseiling down a 400-foot cliff, Kate checks on the progress of baby puffins and Dan discovers the island's Viking history
