She has surgery worth $200,000, including an eyebrow lift, tummy tuck and cosmetic dentistry, before visiting a stylist and make-up artist to perfect her new look - and only then will she be allowed to look in the mirror and see the transformation. • Season 1 Episode 6: Clare-Marie A 36-year-old mother of two, who confesses she feels like a pot-bellied pig in family photographs, receives six weeks of surgery, including liposuction, dental veneers and breast enhancements in a bid to improve her desperately low self-esteem. • Season 1 Episode 5: Liz A 40-year-old Essex divorcee has a number of cosmetic surgery procedures, including a breast-lift, liposuction to her arms, legs, bottom and stomach, and work on her brows, eyes, neck and jowls. The benefits become apparent as her face heals quickly and she drops a dress size. A fashion stylist and a hair guru complete the transformation
• Season 1 Episode 4: Susan A 45-year-old woman from Halifax, who feels dumpy and frumpy, undergoes plastic surgery and a style overhaul in the hope of turning back the clock and ridding her of the prominent moles and crooked nose that have embarrassed her for decades. With a husband seven years her junior, her self-confidence is waning, but help is on hand in the form of a face-lift, breast enlargement, liposuction and rhinoplasty
• Season 1 Episode 3: Wendy A working mother from Blackpool undergoes seven cosmetic surgery procedures, including liposuction, a breast reduction and brow and upper-eyelid lifts. However, once the work is complete, she has reservations and turns to a psychologist specialising in body image for help. He proposes she become a semi-nude model for a life-drawing class as a means of getting used to her new figure
• Season 1 Episode 2: Nicola An air stewardess from Bolton with a low opinion of herself believes a $200,000 makeover carried out by a team of America's most renowned plastic surgeons will give her a new lease of life. She hopes breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, laser eye surgery and a procedure to pin back her ears will make her more confident, while a final surprise seems certain to put a spring in her step
