Spears and Carver invite a group of young offenders to Sun Hill's CCTV centre, but receive complaints about its violation of privacy as they watch a security guard escorting a man out of a shopping centre for trying to photograph one of the cameras. Later, reports come in that a man in a balaclava has been shooting at the devices : are they causing more crime than they're solving? Police drama, starring Tania Emery and Mark Wingett
